When is the license code delivered?
After your payment is confirmed, our team creates your license code manually and adds it to your account. You are notified when it is assigned.
Is the license bound to a domain?
Yes. The license is assigned to the domain you provide at checkout. Open a support ticket to change the domain.
What are the server requirements?
Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04, PHP 8.2+, MariaDB and a domain. Details are in the documentation.
How are updates delivered?
The panel verifies update packages signed with Ed25519 and installs only those. Release notes are listed on this page.
What happens when the license expires?
Time-limited plans can be renewed before the end date. When the term ends, the license status becomes "Expired".
How do I get support?
Open a support ticket from your customer dashboard; we help with panel installation and usage.
